General conditions of sale at “La Clef des Vignes” – Weekly hire
Bookings are confirmed only upon reciept of a deposit amounting to 25% of the cost of the hire.
The balance is to be paid on arrival.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
DEPOSIT
A 300 € deposit will be required on arrival.
EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of an early departure the deposit will be retained. The days cancelled will be invoiced at 50% of the original price.
ARRIVAL TIME
From 4pm.
Please inform us of a late arrival.
DEPARTURE
The house must be vacated no later than 10.30 am
FOR YOUR COMFORT
Private swimming pool.
Hire of mountain bikes: 8€ per day per bike.
Pets are not permitted.
The gites at “La Clef des Vignes” are non-smoking gites.
